Return and Exchange Policy

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. That is why we follow a simple and transparent return policy.

1. Return Timeframe

• The application for a return or exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Returns will not be accepted if the time limit is exceeded.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• The original packaging, tags, bill/invoice, etc., must be submitted along with the product.

• Used, damaged, or altered products will not be accepted for return.

3. Reasons for Return/Exchange

• If the wrong product was delivered.

• If a damaged product was received.

• If you want to exchange the size/color (subject to stock availability).

4. Return Process

• Contact our Customer Support (Email/Phone/WhatsApp/Messenger).

• Provide the necessary information (Order number, product photo, reason for return, etc.).

• The return or exchange process will be initiated after verification.

5. Refund Procedure

• The refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Refund Method: Mobile Banking / Bank Transfer / Store Credit (whichever is applicable).

• Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our part).

আমরা চাই আমাদের প্রতিটি গ্রাহক কেনাকাটায় সম্পূর্ণ সন্তুষ্ট থাকুক। তাই আমরা একটি সহজ এবং স্বচ্ছ রিটার্ন নীতি অনুসরণ করি।

১. রিটার্নের সময়সীমা

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদন করতে হবে।

সময়সীমা অতিক্রম করলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা সম্ভব হবে না।

২. রিটার্নের শর্ত

পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

মূল প্যাকেজিং, ট্যাগ, বিল/ইনভয়েস ইত্যাদি সাথে জমা দিতে হবে ।

ব্যবহৃত, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা পরিবর্তিত অবস্থার পণ্য রিটার্নের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৩. রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জের কারণ

ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ হলে

ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পাওয়া গেলে

সাইজ/কালার এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চাইলে (স্টকের ওপর নির্ভরশীল)

৪. রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া

আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন (ইমেইল/ফোন/হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ/মেসেঞ্জার)।

প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করুন (অর্ডার নম্বর, পণ্যের ছবি, রিটার্নের কারণ ইত্যাদি)।

যাচাই শেষে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে।

৫. রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি

রিটার্ন গ্রহণের পর ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রসেস করা হবে।

রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি: মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং/ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার/স্টোর ক্রেডিট (যেটি প্রযোজ্য)।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয় (যদি না আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে ভুল হয়ে থাকে)।
